This recipe is perhaps one of the easiest and tastiest pasta dished I've ever tried. It looks tempting and tastes very fresh and appetising. Ready in 5 minutes, a winner :-)
Leaves' elbows with sage
The directions couldn't really be any easier.
Boil the Leaves' elbows in previously salted water. While the pasta is cooking, wash the lemon and zest it. Be quick though, the pasta is ready in 5 Minutes !
Drain the pasta and mix-in the pesto. Garnish with lemon zest for a beautiful colour contrast and a taste of summer.
You can add olive oil or a dollop of butter for extra creaminess and smoothness.
