This dish is a great, easy and comforting solution after a long day at work!

Leaves' Elbows with sage
Butter
Grated Parmesan cheese
Salt
Bring a pot of water to the boil - or use the kettle to do so if you are very pushed for time!
When the water starts boiling add salt and pour in the packet of elbows. As the elbows are cooking (just 5 Minutes!), grate some Parmesan cheese.
Once the elbows are ready add butter and Parmesan cheese and wait until they are melted
The quantities and ratio of butter and parmesan totally depend on your taste, feel free to experiment!
